Terms and Conditions of Booking
Payments & Deposits-
- Full payment for any course booked must be paid four weeks prior to start of course.
- If you book a course where the start date is less than two weeks away- full payment will be required upon booking.
- Booking in advance- a deposit payment is required upon booking to secure your date- outstanding payments to be paid two weeks prior to start of course. please see below cancellation terms below.
Cancellations-
Full cancellation of a course must be emailed over NO LATER than two weeks before the course start date – Please be advised that a £50.00 admin fee will be deducted from your deposit before it is refunded.
If looking to cancel less than two weeks before the course date, no refunds will be given.
CHRISTMAS PERIOD CANCELLATIONS:
If you have booked a course with us before 19th January 2026 – please be aware that the cancellation period is slightly different due to Christmas closures. Full cancellation must be emailed over NO LATER than 12pm Friday 12th December for a full refund. Any cancellations after this period will be non-refundable.
Please be advised that if full payment is not made this could result in you losing your Training slot, no refunds will be given on deposits paid.
Vehicle Breakdowns-
In the event one of our Lorries breaks down and we are unable to continue the course, your course will be rescheduled in at our earliest date – No compensation given.
Company Bookings-
All invoices must be paid NO LATER than two weeks before the course start date. If this is not paid your course may be cancelled (unless agreed otherwise)
Theory Test Booking: Cancellations or Rescheduling-
To cancel a theory test booking, we need 5 clear working days for this to be cancelled for a full refund.
If you need to reschedule a theory test booking, we would require 5 working days for this to be moved. We can move a theory test booking once free of charge, however, any movements beyond this will incur a £10.00 admin fee.
Testing Procedures-
The test has now been split into two parts – 3A Off Road Procedures & 3B On Road Driving
Testing Procedures within a course – your 3a off road procedure test will be carried out on day 2 or 3 of your course – if you fail the 3a test you will forfeit the 3b Driving test. This will not be refund, however the time slot scheduled for the 3a test will be continued as a lesson.
3A off road test – once passed the certificate last for 6 months – you will need to pass the 3b Driving test within this time frame.
Documentation –
Please be advised that if you do not produce your photo card driving licence on each day of your course,
this may result in you losing training hours or the termination of your course.
Your theory test pass documents will need to be presented to the examiners on test day along with your driving licence, Failure to produce all documents may result in the termination of your Test.
Please be advised that no refund will be given if you do not produce your documents and licence for training & Test.
